scope & priorities
Create a multi-purpose design studio that serves as both a client showroom and a collaborative workspace for our team. The space needed to showcase a variety of design styles and materials while still feeling cohesive. Additionally, it had to function as an event space for entertaining, workshops, and client gatherings.
the challenge
As our business grew, we had outgrown our small studio downtown Lakefield. We wanted a space that could do so much more than just house our team—something that would inspire clients, spark creativity, and allow us to present design solutions in a hands-on way. The biggest challenge was creating a space that could balance multiple functions—client showroom, team workspace, and event space—while still feeling warm, welcoming, and beautifully designed.

design concept
The vision was to create a “living showroom” where every corner feels intentional and inspiring.
Each room has its own personality and design style, giving clients a taste of different aesthetics, but the overall space flows seamlessly from one area to the next.
The kitchen was a major focal point, designed to showcase custom cabinetry, finishes, and layouts that clients could experience in person.
